· No Physical Returns: Due to health, hygiene, and the perishable nature of raw meat and seafood, we do not accept physical returns of products once they have been delivered and the seal is broken.

2. Eligibility for Refunds or Replacements

· You may request a refund or a free replacement only under the following conditions:

· Spoilage/Quality Issues: The product arrives with a foul odor, discoloration, or is unfit for consumption.

· Damaged Packaging: The vacuum seal is torn, or the container is crushed/leaking upon arrival.

· Incorrect Item: You received a different cut, weight, or species than what was ordered.

3. Reporting Timeline & Requirements

· Immediate Reporting: Issues must be reported within [1 hours] of delivery to be eligible for a resolution.

· Proof of Issue: You must provide clear photographs or videos of the product, its original packaging, and the invoice/label.

· Storage: Products must have been stored correctly (refrigerated below 4°C) immediately after delivery to qualify for quality-related claims.

4. Non-Refundable Situations

· Change of Mind: We cannot offer refunds if you simply change your mind or prefer a different cut after the order is processed.

· Personal Preference: Issues based solely on "taste" or "texture" (unless the product is spoiled) are not eligible.

· Inaccurate Info: Refunds will not be issued if delivery fails due to an incorrect address or the customer being unavailable to receive the order.

5. Refund Processing

· Approval: Once reported, our team will review the evidence and notify you of the approval or rejection within [48 hours].

· Mode of Refund: Approved refunds will be credited back to your original payment method or provided as store credit/wallet balance for future purchases.
