1. About Our Service

Leats Food Corporation is an online platform that sells fresh meat products (such as Chicken, Mutton, Fish) and masala/spice products through online ordering.

All orders are accepted only through our app/website.

2. Order Policy

All orders are subject to product availability.

We reserve the right to accept or reject any order at our discretion.

If a product is out of stock, the order may be cancelled or a substitute may be suggested.

3. Pricing and Payment

All prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR).

Prices may change without prior notice.

Debit Card / Credit Card

Net Banking.

4. Fish Weight & Cleaning Policy

Cross Weight vs. Net Weight: All fish are weighed before cleaning

(Gross Weight). The final weight you receive (Net Weight) will be less after removing scales, fins, and internal organs.

Standard Wastage: Depending on the type of fish, you can expect a weight reduction of 15% to 35% after the cleaning process.

Cleaning Charges: We provide professional cleaning and cutting (Slices/Curry Cut/Whole Cleaned) as per your preference at no extra cost.

No Returns on Cleaned Fish: Once the fish is cleaned and cut as per your specific order, it cannot be returned or exchanged.

Transparency: The price mentioned on the website/app refers to the Gross Weight of the fish before cleaning.

5. Quality and Hygiene

All products are handled and packed under hygienic conditions.

Natural variations in color, size, and weight of meat products may occur.

We do not use harmful or illegal substances in our products.

6. Halal Standards & Certification

Certification Guarantee: Explicitly state that all meat is 100% Halal or Zabihah Halal, often citing specific Halal Food Authority (HFA) or HMC standards.

Slaughter Process: Define your adherence to Islamic law, including slaughter by a practicing Muslim, invocation of the "Bismillah," and the use of sharp instruments to ensure a humane process.

Animal Welfare: Include terms regarding the ethical treatment of animals, ensuring they are healthy and well-cared for prior to slaughter.

7. Customer Responsibility

Customers must check the products at the time of delivery.

Any complaint must be raised immediately of delivery completed.

Complaints after this period will not be entertained.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this app/website including:

Logo,Brand name,Text,Images,Design

are the intellectual property of [LEATS FOOD CORPORATION] and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

Leats Food Corporation shall not be liable for:

Any indirect or incidental damages

Health issues caused due to improper storage or usage by the customer

Delays or failures caused by external factors

10. Legal Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of India.

Any dispute shall be subject to the jurisdiction of madurai courts only.
